Chatium is the messaging app for your Chatium account: talk to your team, run public channels, answer client requests and ask the built-in AI assistant that knows your account. ACCOUNT Folders and channels every teammate can see: company news, departments, projects. Admins decide who can post and who only reads. TEAM One-to-one chats with colleagues and working groups. You can see who is online and who is typing. CLIENTS Requests from inbound channels, answered by the whole team — the conversation stays intact when it is handed over. ACCOUNT CHAT A built-in AI assistant. It searches the web for fresh facts, opens pages and runs your account tools without leaving the conversation. IN EVERY CHAT • Replies, forwarding and quotes • Emoji reactions and pinned messages • Photos, files and voice messages • Search inside a chat and across the list • Notifications for new messages MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS Connect as many Chatium accounts as you need and switch between them in one tap — each with its own profile and chat list. Fixed account switching: the Account tab always opens the selected account’s page. Customize your bottom menu in Profile, choose sections and search for existing menu items. Removed Payments from Profile.
