ACCOUNT Folders and channels every teammate can see: company news, departments, projects. Admins decide who can post and who only reads. TEAM One-to-one chats with colleagues and working groups. You can see who is online and who is typing. CLIENTS Requests from inbound channels, answered by the whole team — the conversation stays intact when it is handed over. ACCOUNT CHAT A built-in AI assistant. It searches the web for fresh facts, opens pages and runs your account tools without leaving the conversation.
