Donut Viewer (DN Viewer) is a fast, native DICOM and NIfTI viewer for Mac, built for radiologists, residents, researchers, and medical imaging workflows. Connect to PACS using DICOM or DICOMWeb, open local DICOM and NIfTI studies, preview imaging files directly from Finder, and work with MPR, 3D rendering, measurements, segmentation, and AI-assisted reporting — all in a GPU-accelerated native Mac app. NATIVE SPEED Studies open in instant, not minutes. WORKSTATION SERVER MODE Listener and server mode, allows directly receiving pushed studies from consoles and other workstations through DICOM protocol, and also serves the studies over DICOM to other clients. MEASUREMENTS & ANNOTATIONS Image overlay mode for superimposing series to support advanced measurements and calculations, such as TT–TG distance assessment. Linear ruler measurements. 3-point angle measurements. Elliptical ROI with mean, minimum, and maximum HU statistics. Synchronized HU probe across panes within the same study. Measurements are stored per slice and preserved during the session. PRIVACY & SECURITY DICOM image data remains on your device and is not uploaded for image processing.
