Navigation includes: - Clinic credentials (Clinic ID + 3-letters identifier) issued at admissions - Published cycle instructions, prescriptions + video tutorials - Health reports + personalized documents - Boarding passes for upcoming confirmed appointments + steps to follow - In-cycle inquiries + Q&A chats At 1st login, patients: - Securely use clinic-provided credentials + DOB At subsequent logins, patients: - Personalize passwords with 2-factor authentication - Activate biometrics (optional) At check-in kiosks: - Scan boarding passes for sign-ins + locations directory When in treatment: - Review daily instructions + medications - Check upcoming appointments - Sync select items to phone calendar (optional) - Preview shared video tutorials - Redirect docs + reports on choice platforms (optional) - Chat with clinic staff for Q&A inquiries - Call the clinic emergency number (optional) - Add appointments to Wallet (optional) iMineIVF content is actively updated by the clinic, notifying patients of any changes made to their treatments, as these occur.
