Estimate an ingredient when a kitchen scale is not at hand. Bilancia calculates the inner volume of a regularly shaped container and applies its average density to provide an approximate quantity in grams or milliliters. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose sugar, flour, liquid, or enter a custom density. 2. Select a cylindrical, square, or rectangular container. 3. Match the outer width directly on the iPhone screen, or enter the dimensions manually. 4. Mark the fill level. 5. Read the estimated amount and its uncertainty range.
