VDM Basketball Coach holds together the jobs that usually live in different places: game film, drawn plays, opponent scouting, team presentations and practice planning. All by team, all in one program, all on your own computer. FILM AND TAGGING Import the game and tag it as you watch. Every play becomes a clip with a name, which you can trim, assign to a player, draw on with the whiteboard, and come back to. Quick tags grab the last few seconds, for when the play has already happened. The button panel changes by itself to match the team you are facing. REELS READY FOR THE LOCKER ROOM Those clips become a single film, in the order you decide, with the play name on screen and a cover card in front. Build a reel for one play, for a defensive situation, or for a single player. TEAM PRESENTATIONS Clips, title cards, player cards and diagrams line up into a presentation you can project. Full screen, with chapters to jump straight to the right point and a time bar so you know how much is left. PLAYBOOK Every play is a row of four courts in a line: four moments of the same action. You draw the first and the rest inherit what came before. All the tools of a real whiteboard are there, and the ball follows the logic of the play: pass from 1 to 4 and in the next court the ball is already in 4's hands. SCOUTING REPORT One sheet per opponent, with strengths, what it takes to win, tactical choices and the players to study one by one. Prints on A4, ready for the staff meeting. PERSONNEL Player cards with photo, number, position, height, averages and individual traits, laid out the way you want them on the sheet you take to the bench. PRACTICE AND SHOOTING LOG Practice plans with phases, timings, drills and court diagrams. And across the whole season, shooting sessions with makes, attempts and percentages, player by player, with the trend over time and a sheet to print. ARCHIVE Scouting reports, personnel and playbooks can be saved to an archive: reopen them whenever you like, edit them, put them back on your working sheet, or copy them to another team. SHARED WORK Several coaches on the same team can work together through a shared folder on a network or a common disk. Each one holds the teams they are looking at, everything else updates with the others' work, and every send leaves a copy in the history. PRINTING AND PDF Every sheet prints on A4 or saves as a PDF, with your team's logo and colours: scouting report, personnel, playbook, practice plans, shooting log and individual shooting cards. VDM now works with AI. The program does not download anything by itself: it writes the request for YOUR AI, the one you already use every day. You copy it, paste it, and the AI does the searching and prepares the file. VDM reads it and fills in rosters, jersey numbers, photos, statistics, advanced statistics, play types and lineups, in the player cards and in the scouting report. Nothing to activate, and you are not tied to any provider. - USE AI button in Personnel and in the Scouting Report: tick what you need and copy the request, already written with the team name. - Choose how many games: last 5, last 10, current season, last season. - AI DATA: link a folder once and every file your AI saves in there lands in the program by itself. - Whatever the AI cannot find, you type yourself: advanced statistics and play types, on the player card and on the team sheet. - Personnel and Scouting Report print on one page or two.
