SwingReel turns your Mac into a private video-analysis editing bay for sports clips you already have. Step footage frame by frame and study technique in golf, tennis, pickleball, baseball, lifting, and more. No account, no subscription, no upload. WHAT YOU GET FOR FREE - Import by file picker or drag and drop; originals are never modified. - Exact frame stepping at 60, 120, and 240 fps source timing. - Scrubbing, 0.1x to 1x slow motion, and reversible in and out trims. - On-device Apple Vision 2D skeleton on a single clip. - Freehand and line marks pinned to an exact frame. - Local SQLite library: nine sports, tags, notes, full-text search. - Annotated PNG and clip-metadata JSON export, no watermark. - Delete all local data from Setup. Restore Purchases always available. The free library holds 25 projects before a dismissible notice; nothing is deleted or hidden, and any pack removes the cap. ONE-TIME PACKS Side-by-Side Pro, $3.99 Sync two clips at their contact frames, step both across their shared overlap, and switch between split and ghost overlay. Save sessions and export a synchronized 1280 x 720 MP4. Motion Metrics, $2.99 Read neutral elbow, knee, hip-hinge, spine-tilt, and shoulder-tilt angles tied to the exact frame, with an angle-versus-time graph. Correct a joint, mark two-phase tempo, save snapshots, and export the timeline as CSV. Ball & Bar Trajectory, $3.99 Run Apple Vision trajectory detection on stationary-camera footage, or place points by hand. Trace ball flight, club and racket heads, and barbell paths, mark contact, derive apex and launch angles, compare attempts, and export a path-overlaid PNG. 3D Skeleton & Planes, $2.99 On Apple silicon, reconstruct a 17-joint 3D pose from your frames and orbit it, with a reference skeleton and neutral shoulder-turn, hip-turn, and arm-plane estimates. Save snapshots and export the orbit as SVG. Intel Macs keep a labelled 2D stage. Match Charting Pack, $3.99 Chart tennis and pickleball points at exact clip timecodes: server, score, shot type, outcome, rally length, and serve placement. Review rally buckets, outcome patterns, and a 3 x 3 serve grid, jump from a ticket to that decoded frame, and export CSV or a multi-page PDF. Coaching & Drills Pack, $3.99 Arrange players, cones, balls, and targets on a top-down board, draw movement and pass paths, and animate weighted keyframes. Attach reference clips, save reusable drills, build practice-plan blocks, and export drill sheets, plan PDFs, and a real H.264 animation. Batch & Export Studio, $4.99 Queue many clips for unattended on-device pose and trajectory analysis with per-item status and an artifact ledger. Save named output presets, then export annotated H.264 clips, GIF loops, nine-frame contact sheets, and progress reels chosen by date or coverage. Everything, $19.99 All seven packs above for $19.99 instead of $26.93 a la carte. Every pack is a one-time purchase, never a subscription. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY Every pack has a free interactive sample that opens the real workspace. Each builds a disposable container of generated clips, allows a fixed budget of genuine actions, and deletes everything it made on close. Trajectory, for example, allows six points, one Vision pass, one saved attempt, and one watermarked PNG. Samples never open your own library, and the Everything sample is one temporary lab holding all seven bays. PRIVATE AND HONEST Everything runs on your Mac. There is no account, server, analytics, tracking, or advertising, and the app ships with no network, camera, or microphone entitlement. The only network use is Apple's App Store for purchases and restore. Skeletons, angles, tempo, paths, charts, and match records are neutral observation aids; drill boards are material you author. SwingReel gives no coaching, officiating, medical, or injury-prevention advice, and automatic detection can fail with fast motion, occlusion, or low contrast.
새로운 기능
버전 1.4.6 · 2026. 8. 31.Measuring the right person, and full control over what each frame measures. WHY THIS UPDATE EXISTS A customer wrote in about a clip filmed on a public court. On one analyzed frame, SwingReel measured somebody in the background instead of the athlete. The frames either side were correct, so a stranger's skeleton sat in the readouts and spiked the angle graph, with no way to remove it. This update fixes the cause and adds the controls that customer asked for. MEASURING THE RIGHT PERSON SwingReel now follows one person through a pose scan. macOS reports every person it finds on a frame; until now the scan took the first one it was handed, decided frame by frame with no memory of who was being measured, so someone in the background who was momentarily better lit could win a single frame in the middle of a clean analysis. Each frame is now matched against the person already being followed, using how far they moved and how their size changed. Staying with your athlete outranks everything else. Analysis starts on the largest, clearest figure, normally the person you are filming, and a partial detection such as an arm at the edge of frame cannot break the lock. NEW: DECIDE WHAT EACH FRAME MEASURES In Motion Metrics, a new "Pose on this frame" section gives you the final say. - Leave this frame out. Removes one analyzed frame from the readouts, the angle graph, your snapshots and your exports. The graph joins its neighbours instead of dipping through a stranger's joint. - Find people on this frame. Runs detection again on that frame and lists everyone it finds, described by where they are standing and how large they are. Selecting a person lights them up on the video and dims everyone else, so you can see who you are choosing before you commit. Confirming measures that person on that frame only. - Every decision is reversible, from the frame itself or from a list of all decisions on the clip. Nothing here edits or deletes the original detection. - Leaving out a frame that has a saved snapshot now tells you so, since the snapshot still holds that frame's numbers. Snapshots can be removed from the session timeline. WHEN SOMETHING WILL NOT WORK, SWINGREEL NOW SAYS SO Motion Metrics and Side-by-Side had messages ready for actions they could not complete, but never showed them: correcting a joint on a frame you had left out simply did nothing. Both now say what happened, or why it could not, and the message clears as soon as the next action succeeds. IMPORT, DELETING, AND FINDING YOUR WAY - A video macOS cannot decode is refused with an explanation naming the file, instead of being added to your library as a 0-second clip of blank frames. - Deleting a clip now asks first and says exactly what goes with it: the pose analysis, the snapshots and the joint corrections. Your original video file is never touched. - File > Import Clips, with Command-I. - The Bay menu names the pack each workspace belongs to, for example "Instruments (Motion Metrics)", so what you bought matches what you click. - The clip library explains itself when it is empty and when a search matches nothing. - About shows the exact version and build you are running, selectable so you can paste it into a support email. - The Help menu now says that Support opens a web page. ONE THING WORTH KNOWING Following your athlete works by comparing the people found on a frame, so it can only keep the right one when the right one is among them. If the detector misses your athlete and finds only someone else, that frame can still land on the wrong person. That is what the per-frame controls are for. We tried an automatic size check for this case and measured it against real footage first: one person's apparent size varies enough between analyzed frames that it would have discarded far more good frames than bad, so we did not ship it. Your library upgrades in place, and everything still runs on your Mac.
