Here's what's new: • Faster shift request approval: When you open a shift request, the requesting employee is already pre-selected. • Employee selector now shows conflicting draft shifts and same day shifts for smoother shift allocation • Skills (where enabled): shift editor filters employees by their skills, so you find the right person faster. • Planday Chat (where enabled): start conversations from Attendance, Shift Details, and Shift Requests.
