Play free. This is a Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure — a story-rich, point-and-click mystery set in the sleepy English village of Elderwick, where every lace curtain hides a secret and every neighbor has something to lose. When a terrified scream shatters the evening calm, you — Mavis Donahue, a sharp-witted retiree who glimpses echoes of the past — are swept into a deadly countryside investigation. A neighbor is found murdered. Forged letters circulate through the community. And a shadowy figure prowls cobbled lanes after dusk. Together with Detective Marcus Partridge, pursue the culprit from warm, teapot-scented kitchens to padlocked greenhouses, shuttered corner shops, and moonlit gardens where something far darker than foxes lurks. What begins as a tragic misfortune quickly unravels into forged threats, stolen post, a suspicious "development company", and a killer who will stop at nothing to bleed the village dry. Explore a beautifully unsettling countryside. Unravel visions from everyday objects, follow the trail of forged letters, and sift through scattered memories to reveal the tightening grip around Elderwick.
