TheraBesty

説明

Mental health support built for you. Anxious before every meeting? Can't switch your head off at night? Carrying something you haven't said out loud? TheraBesty is somewhere to say it, any hour, in English or Arabic. TALK IT THROUGH Text or call TheraBesty whenever you need to. It listens, asks the one question that matters, and helps you see what's really going on. No judgment. No clichés. No waiting room. IT REMEMBERS YOUR WEEK TheraBesty keeps a short note of each day you talk, so you pick up where you left off instead of explaining everything again. PROGRAMS FOR WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH Guided programs that move one day at a time: a short session, a reflection, a reading or one small task. A few minutes a day. MY DAYS A short summary after every conversation, plus your own notes, so you can look back and see how your weeks are really going. LISTEN Sounds for sleep, focus and calm, for the nights your head won't switch off. TESTS THAT READ YOU BACK Guided rooms and psychological tests that help you understand how you think, love and react, with results written about you, not about everyone. PRIVATE Your conversations are private. Lock TheraBesty with Face ID or your passcode. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Full Arabic and English. In Arabic, TheraBesty answers in a warm dialect close to your own. TheraBesty is free to start. Some features, including voice sessions, need TheraBesty Premium. TheraBesty is an AI and can get things wrong. If you're in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number right away. What's new in 1.4 • A new Home. TheraBesty greets you, remembers where you left off, and you can type or call from one place. • My Days: a short summary of every day you talked, with room for your own notes. • Voice sessions: start a call from Home or from any chat, and mute your mic whenever you need a moment. (Premium) • App Lock: keep TheraBesty behind Face ID or your passcode. • Programs now show what's next at a glance. • A cleaner tab bar, a calendar that starts on Sunday in Arabic, and many small fixes.
