Contacts Toolkit

説明

Find duplicates, review changes, and organize your contacts on your Mac. Contacts Toolkit scans Mac Contacts, imported vCards, or selected contacts for duplicates, incomplete entries, repeated fields, and formatting issues. A redesigned workspace brings Review, Contacts, Organize, and History together, with your active contact source always in view. Review with Confidence See matching evidence from names, emails, and phone numbers together for each set of duplicate contacts. Compare differing fields and photos, choose values to keep, and preview replacements or removals before merging. Keep Separate remembers your decision while contact details stay unchanged; revisit it in History. The issue queue groups work into Needs Attention, Quick Wins, and Review Required. Review every decision in a Quick Wins batch before applying it. Search and selection stay in place when you return to Review or Contacts. Edit and Organize Browse and edit individual contacts in Contacts. In Organize, compare current and proposed phone or mailing address formatting, then apply changes to selected contacts. Country-aware rules are designed to leave uncertain or foreign numbers unchanged rather than guessing. Know What Changed History shows recorded operation outcomes and requested versus confirmed contact changes, including partial and cancelled operations. Review progress and stop supported bulk operations when needed. When automatic backups are enabled, supported bulk operations on Mac Contacts create local vCard snapshots. Recover saved contacts as copies from History when a backup is available. Recovery adds entries; it does not undo a merge or remove its results. Processing Stays on Your Mac Scanning and cleanup happen on your device. No Contacts Toolkit account, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated cloud service. History and Keep Separate decisions are saved locally. Your contact accounts can continue syncing through macOS. If you contact support, you choose whether to attach diagnostic logs or screenshots. Built for the World Available in 16 languages through 17 localized variants, with phone formatting for 40 countries and address formatting for 32. Matching recognizes common name variations and international scripts. A guided tour and searchable help introduce the cleanup tools. One-Time Purchase. No Subscription. Mac Contacts access is optional. Import a vCard, select individual contacts, or try sample contacts before granting access. Imported, selected, and sample workspaces stay local. Use Save Cleaned vCard to keep your changes in an exported file.

* Merge Notes from duplicate contacts, combining different Notes and keeping identical Notes only once. * Review, edit, or clear the combined Notes before merging. * Compare long Notes in compact previews, with an option to expand the full text. * Keep Notes when cleaning up contacts, moving or copying them between accounts, and importing or exporting vCards. * New backups include Notes, with a warning when restoring older backups that may not contain them. * Merge reviews and Keep Separate decisions now account for changes to Notes. * Find contact merges first in Quick Wins, ahead of formatting and other cleanup tasks. * Try expanded sample contacts to explore Notes merging and editing. * Refreshed styling adds subtle color accents and clearer separation between sections in both light and dark appearances.
