At The Faculty, we believe that strength isn’t about lifting heavy weights — it’s about mastering control over your own body. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals of all fitness levels can build a strong foundation in Calisthenics before progressing to more advanced skills. Led by experienced trainers, including our founder Haaziq (@caliwithziqqy) —a seasoned personal trainer with years of strength training expertise, and his wife, Ashikin (@ashyclair) — who is passionate about empowering women to break boundaries, we focus on proper technique, progressive training, and sustainable results.
