About Us QDoc Virtual Healthcare connects you with licensed local healthcare professionals for timely, high-quality care, right from your phone. Access care 24/7 for health concerns, treatment plans or general medical guidance. Visits are free with an eligible provincial health card, making it easier to get the care you need from the comfort of home. Private-pay visits are also available for patients without eligible provincial coverage. QDoc Virtual Healthcare is currently available for patients physically located in Manitoba, Nunavut and Northwestern Ontario and British Columbia at the time of their visit. How QDoc Helps | Care for the Whole Family Access medical advice and treatment plans, prescriptions and refills, lab and imaging requisitions, specialist referrals, sick notes, and care for common illnesses and concerns. For more focused care, QDoc also offers Specialty Clinics for ADHD, dermatology, general mental health, digestive health, perimenopause and menopause, sexual health + PrEP, and more. Specialty Clinics are available only in Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario and Nunavut. Care across the communities we serve. How it works for patients 1. Create your account Register for a QDoc account through our website or app. Complete your patient profile and share some basic information about your health needs to help us connect you with the right provider. 2. Start your visit When you’re ready to see a QDoc healthcare provider, click “Start Visit” and complete a short reason-for-visit form. You’ll then be added to the queue to connect with the next available provider. You’ll receive text message updates to keep you informed about your place in the queue and when it’s time to join your visit. 3. Get treated Connect with a licensed doctor and nurse practitioner for your health need. If treatment is appropriate, your provider can help you with next steps, which may include prescriptions or refills, lab or imaging requisitions, specialist referrals, sick notes and other follow-up care.
