SIDEY – Overlay Messenger

Descrizione

SIDEY is a desktop overlay messenger for private groups of up to twelve close friends. Each friend appears as a pixel character on your Mac, so you can notice when they are around, typing, or sending a short message without opening a busy group chat. Create or join up to five private groups in total, choose a character, and keep lightweight conversations close at hand. Messages are stored for three days. Presence and typing are transient signals, and typing status comes only from the SIDEY message field. The overlay normally lets pointer input pass through to the app behind it. Switch to interaction mode when you want to write, manage a group, change settings, or browse optional cosmetics. Purchases use the Mac App Store and can be restored with the same Apple Account. SIDEY does not collect screen contents, active app lists, keystrokes from other apps, mouse coordinates, files, microphone audio, or camera video.

• Play Ladder, Draw Lots, and Roulette with friends in your group. • Drag characters to a new spot along the edge of your screen. • Choose from six new solid-color chat bubbles: Charcoal Black, Lemon Yellow, Sky Blue, Mint, Peach Coral, and Lavender. • Improved the interface and ease of use. • Improved connection and messaging reliability.
