Descrizione

The haze is back. Should the kids play outside? That's the real question, and a bare number doesn't answer it. By the time your throat feels scratchy, you've already breathed it. "Is it safe to go out right now?" Every reading lands on a scale you can read at a glance — Good, Moderate, Unhealthy, Hazardous — so you get a decision instead of a data point. The Haze Health Guide tells you what to actually do at each level: when a mask is worth it, when to shut the windows, when to move the run indoors. (Premium) "My neighbourhood isn't 'the West'." Official readings cover five broad regions, and the West is a lot of Singapore. The interactive HD map interpolates every station reading into one continuous surface, so you can zoom to your own estate instead of guessing which block you fall in. (Premium) "Is it getting better or worse?" A single number tells you nothing about direction. Hourly trend charts show whether an episode is clearing or settling in, and satellite imagery shows the smoke itself — where it sits and which way it's drifting. That's the difference between waiting an hour and cancelling the afternoon. (Premium) "I can't watch three places at once." Your child's school is in the East, your mother's flat is in the North, you're in town. Save each place with its own alert level and SGHaze watches all of them, including an optional all-clear alert for when the air is safe again. (Premium) "I keep forgetting to check." Then don't. Set a threshold and get a notification when a region you care about crosses it. The haze reaches you before you think to look. (Premium) "Two weeks of this — how much harm?" Cumulative exposure is invisible, which is exactly why it's easy to shrug off. Exposure History totals what you've actually breathed and puts it in a unit that lands: cigarette equivalents. It has been recording since the day you installed, so the chart opens with your real history rather than an empty screen. (Premium) "Why does every app show a different number?" Because the scales measure different things and the sources differ. Understanding PSI & AQI explains it plainly — what PM2.5 is, how Singapore's PSI and the American AQI diverge, and why an interpolated estimate won't match NEA's regional figure. This one is free, because you shouldn't have to pay to know whether a number deserves your trust. FREE, ALWAYS Live PM2.5 for all five reporting regions and the national average, the colour-coded scale, the PSI & AQI guide, emergency contacts, government announcements, a shareable air quality card, and six languages: English, 中文, Bahasa Melayu, தமிழ், 福建话, 广东话. NO ACCOUNT, NOTHING TO HAND OVER No login and no profile. Your saved places, alert thresholds and exposure history stay on your device, and alerts are raised by a background check running on your own phone. WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM The National Environment Agency's public real-time PM2.5 data, via data.gov.sg. Satellite imagery from the ASEAN Specialised Meteorological Centre. SGHaze is an independent app by AROIK Pte Ltd — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NEA or any government agency. Values between measuring stations are interpolated estimates and will not always match NEA's published regional figures. SGHaze gives you information, not medical advice. If you have a respiratory or heart condition, follow your doctor's guidance and NEA's official health advisories. SGHAZE PREMIUM A monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings. Novità

Versione 2.0 · 11/09/2026

Haze season tools, and a fix for satellite imagery. NEW — Exposure History (Premium) See your cumulative PM2.5 intake as daily and hourly charts, with a cigarette-equivalent figure that makes a long haze episode tangible. History has been recording since you installed, so the chart opens with your real data rather than an empty screen. NEW — Family Locations (Premium) Save home, a child's school or an elderly parent's flat, each with its own alert threshold. Add an optional all-clear alert for when the air is safe again. NEW — Understanding PSI & AQI (Free) A plain-language guide to what the indices measure, how the Singaporean and American scales differ, and why two apps can disagree about the same hour. IMPROVED — Share cards Air quality cards now render at 9:16, so they fit properly in stories and status posts. FIXED — Satellite imagery The old imagery source was retired and the screen had stopped loading. It now pulls recent geostationary imagery from the ASEAN Specialised Meteorological Centre. FIXED — The add-location sheet no longer gets covered by the keyboard.
