The Land Northward

Descrizione

Thousands of ancient slate, copper, clay pieces were discovered in Michigan in the 1800s engraved with drawings and unknown writings. These are collectively known as the Michigan Artifacts. • Are the Michigan artifacts authentic? • Who were the people of the Michigan artifacts? • In what time period did they live? • Why are the artifacts only found in Michigan? • Is there a connection to the Book of Mormon? Artist and researcher David Lindsley addresses these questions and more as he explores various aspects of the Michigan artifacts and how they link with other sources in The Land Northward. The app includes: • The Land Northward book. • Maps of Hopewell mound locations. • Squier and Davis 1848 surveys of ancient monuments. • View artifacts and ancient writings in the Artifacts Gallery. • Links to sites dealing with the Hopewell and America's Heartland.
