Termbit is a native SSH and SFTP client for macOS, built for admins, engineers, and anyone who works with remote servers. Organize your hosts, work across SSH sessions, manage remote files, and set up port forwarding in one app. • Use Quick Connect for one-off SSH connections without saving a host. • Work in tabs and split panes, move tabs between windows, and search terminal output. • Organize hosts by group and environment, with custom colors and icons. Find hosts using search, tags, and favorites, and keep notes alongside each host. • Set up local, remote, and dynamic SSH port forwarding. Access remote services, make local services accessible through a remote server, or route traffic through a SOCKS5 proxy. • Browse remote directories in two panes. Upload and download files and folders, track transfers, view file properties, and change permissions. • Save commands in a searchable snippets library, ready to paste or run in your current session. • Save and reopen related SSH sessions with Workspaces. Switch between sessions or view them side by side. • Reuse usernames, passwords, and SSH keys across hosts with saved Identities. • Generate, import, and reuse SSH keys. Connect using password, public-key, or keyboard-interactive authentication, with jump host support. Your hosts, credentials, keys, notes, and snippets are stored locally in an encrypted vault. No app account is required.
