Calypso: See Your Time

Description

Calypso shows you exactly how much of your day, week, month, quarter, and year has passed — one enormous number, nothing else competing for your attention. Set your date of birth and Calypso adds one more measurement: how far through your expected life you are, laid out as a grid of every week you're likely to have. Not to unsettle you — to make the time you do have a little harder to waste by accident. WHAT'S INSIDE • One number at a time — day, week, month, quarter, year, or life — with everything else falling away beneath it as quiet hairlines • A square for every week of your life, filling in as you live them • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, so the number is there before you even open the app • A short quote about time, tapped to read larger, changing each time you open Calypso • A first-launch animation, and nothing else asking for your attention after that DESIGNED TO BE LEFT ALONE Calypso doesn't send notifications, doesn't ask you to log in, doesn't collect any data at all. It has no network connection to anything — everything it shows is calculated on your device, from a date you gave it, and nowhere else. Open it, glance at the number, get on with your day. Built for iPhone and iPad.
