Cool Meet for Friends

Description

TRACK WHO YOU ACTUALLY SEE • Add mates by hand with a group tag, cadence, birthday, notes and favourite formats • Set how often you want to see each person — weekly, monthly, quarterly or no target • Log a meetup in seconds: who, what you did, where, how long, and a one-tap mood • Attach photos from your library to any meetup KNOW WHO IS OVERDUE • A ranked overdue list on the Today screen, based on the cadence you chose • Days since you last met, with a bar showing how far past due you are • Weekly streaks and a monthly meetup count • Optional local reminders for overdue mates, birthdays and weekly nudges BREAK OUT OF THE COFFEE LOOP • A shared catalogue of over 70 meetup formats across seven categories • A Format of the Day that is the same for every device on that calendar day • "Never tried" suggestions and a shortlist for ideas you want to keep • A spinning wheel that picks from your shortlist when nobody can decide • Neglected categories, so you can see what you have been skipping SHARED PLANS WITH A CODE • Create a plan with up to three date options and share a six-character code • Friends join from their own copy of the app and vote on the dates • Live votes and a short note thread while everyone has the plan open • Host confirms a date, and everyone sees the confirmation • Turn a past confirmed plan straight into a logged meetup INSIGHTS THAT SAY SOMETHING • Meetups per month with your average as a baseline • Variety donut by category and a count of distinct formats used • Freshness score: how many meetups were something new • People ranked by how often you saw them, with gap sparklines • A drifting list of mates whose gaps are growing • Rhythm: the share of friends currently within their cadence WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL • Friends, meetups, ideas, charts and the spinner are fully local • The format catalogue and daily pick are cached and shown instantly on launch • Anonymous counters are queued and sent later, never double-counted • Only shared plans need connectivity; the last snapshot stays readable PRIVACY BY DESIGN • Friend names, notes, places and photos never leave your device • The only uploads are a format identifier and a month bucket, as a counter • Shared plans send only the title, format, dates, note and your display name • No contacts access, no calendar access, no third-party sign-in
