Valmont: Match the Sommelier

Description

Valmont is your personal wine companion for restaurant tables, bottles and the wines you want to remember. PAID MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED Valmont's wine recommendations, AI sommelier, scanning, Collection, Journal and restaurant discovery require a paid membership purchased in the app. Downloading the app does not include a membership. Any free trial is available only to eligible accounts on the plans shown in the app and renews as a paid subscription unless cancelled. FIND WINES FOR YOUR TASTE Build your palate profile through a short conversation about what you enjoy. Refine it over time with your wine ratings, or retune your preferences when your taste changes. SCAN A WINE LIST OR BOTTLE Photograph a restaurant wine list to explore wines matched to your palate and budget. Scan a bottle label, review the match, and add the wine to your Collection. ASK THE NOD Chat with Valmont's AI sommelier for suggestions based on your taste and the occasion. Ask about a wine list, a bottle or a pairing. AI suggestions can be imperfect; check wine details and availability with the venue. KEEP YOUR COLLECTION AND JOURNAL Track bottles you own separately from wines you have tasted. Keep tasting memories, photos and notes together so you can remember what you enjoyed and where. EXPLORE PLACES Find nearby restaurants and explore available wine lists with your preferences in mind. Venue information and wine availability may change. MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING Available plans, local prices, trial eligibility and any introductory offer are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Account settings. A paid introductory offer is not a free trial. Valmont provides wine information and does not sell alcohol. You must meet the minimum drinking age required by the app in your location. Terms of Use (EULA): https://valmont.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://valmont.app/privacy

A larger camera view makes it easier to frame a wine label or a full wine list. Add bottles straight from Collection: tap +, scan a label, confirm the wine and add it to your owned bottles. This update also refines onboarding, nominations, membership plans and larger-text layouts. Home and the Nod share a working composer, and Journal shows restaurant thumbnails alongside your visits.
