Get started with your goal: on-device health answers, an XML export for your Mac, or an AI connection. Clearer guidance when Health access or data is missing. Change your goal in Settings. The new “Share anonymous usage stats” setting helps us improve the app. It is on by default, can be turned off in Settings, never includes health data, and is not linked to you.
