The official mobile app for SAP NOW AI Tour events. Downloading this app will enhance your onsite experience. The app allows you to access information about the event agenda and sessions, learn about speakers, and more. Enable push notifications to stay up to date during your time onsite.

AI Concierge Ask the Event Concierge anything about the event — sessions, speakers, your personal schedule, or general event info — and get instant, AI-generated answers with rich formatting and tappable links. Access it via the floating button on several pages, including the Home, Sessions, Schedule, Speaker, and more. Manage your Concierge preferences anytime in Settings. Sessions & Scheduling The Sessions tab now loads immediately the first time you sign in, in any language. Session types now appear with the names your event organizer chose, such as "Behind the Scenes," in listings and tooltips. Reservation types are now fully supported, including in Concierge. “Up Next” and “Upcoming Sessions” on the Home page now update in real time through session transitions, including accurate timestamps and automatic refresh after the last session of the day ends. Session filter categories no longer appear when sessions do not match that type, keeping your options clean and relevant. Long room names now wrap correctly in the session list so no location details are cut off on any device. Messaging & Networking Opt in to networking from the message window and send your message immediately, with no interruption. Networking and messaging are more stable on all devices — a crash and freeze affecting some attendees during live events in high-latency network conditions has been resolved. The Networking Preferences screen now consistently reflects your event’s branding. Sign-In & Authentication Entering an incorrect username or password now shows an “Invalid Login” error message instead of a generic error message. The Terms of Use page now displays your event’s configured terms correctly instead of showing placeholder text. Language & Localization The language selection page no longer appears when swiping left on the Home page after you’ve already completed language setup. The language selection page no longer appears on first launch when Language Translation is turned off — the app now defaults to English as expected. General Chat with Concierge, your in-app assistant, to get help and find what you need during the event. Profile photos now upload and display reliably. The venue map loads reliably from all areas of the app, map pin names stay current when room names are updated, and the map can always be dismissed without getting stuck. Closing a survey no longer unexpectedly redirects you to the Exhibitors section when you arrived from elsewhere in the app. Exhibitors & Speakers Exhibitors now appear in the order your event organizer set, such as by name, type, or booth type.
