WORKS WITH THE EARBUDS YOU ALREADY OWN Any Bluetooth earbuds work, or just the phone speaker. No special hardware to buy. IN-PERSON TRANSLATION The same app works when you're together. Hold a button while you speak with Push-to-Talk, or use Hands-Free to talk naturally while VivaLingua picks up each turn. Useful for meeting family, ordering food, or getting through a pharmacy visit abroad. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE INSTALLING - An internet connection is required. No mode translates offline. - Your speech is sent to the services that make translation work: Deepgram (speech to text), Google Cloud Translation (translation), and Google Cloud Text-to-Speech or ElevenLabs (the spoken translation). Video calls are carried by Daily.co. The app asks your permission before any of this happens. - If you set up AI Voice, your recording goes to Deepgram, to check the four words, and to ElevenLabs, to create your voice.
