No rankings, no anonymous reviews, and no paid placements. Every restaurant is here because someone whose taste we trust would send a friend there. Explore by city. See who loves each place and why. Read what they order, the small details worth knowing, and their original words when they wrote them in another language. Or ask Alfred.
