Offline Files helps you search, browse and reconnect files across all your drives, even when a drive is offline. Catalog internal, external and network volumes once. Later, find files by name, type, size, dates, Finder Tags and metadata. Results show which drive contains the file, so you know exactly what to reconnect. - The sidebar can now collapse into a compact icon rail, giving the current file view more room. - Get Info shows details for the selected files, folders, and volumes. - Cleanup is now the central workspace for duplicate files, matching project structures, and related media versions. Fast Scan gives you a quick overview, while Deep Scan searches much further for matching structures. - The new Actions panel collects planned transfers and Trash actions in one place. Review items individually, run transfers one by one, or use Run All when everything is ready. - Files and folders can now be moved to the macOS Trash from context menus across the app and restored with ⌘Z at their original location. - Cleanup recognizes related photo, video, and audio versions with markers such as v2, rev3, draft, final, and filename prefixes.
