Always Weather

Description

Open it, drag your thumb through the hours, and you know. Always Weather puts the day on one calm screen. Slide along the hours and everything follows your thumb: the time, the temperature, what it feels like, the wind and the rain. Each hour settles into place with a light tap, so you can find 5 pm without looking twice. See the rain coming One plain sentence sums up the day, like "Rain from 13:00, clearing by 16:00." or "Dry all day." It answers the question you opened the app for. Two ways to see it The same forecast, shown the way you like. Pick one when you first open the app and switch any time in Settings. • Sky: the whole screen takes the colour of the weather at the hour you choose. • Paper: warm and typographic. Just the words and the numbers. Text stays clear and high in contrast, and the layout adapts to Larger Text. New: What to wear. Above sunrise and sunset, the day's clothing for a walk, a bike ride or a run, with notes for rain, wind, frost and sun, and the day's drying window. Worked out on your iPhone from the forecast; tell it how you feel the cold in Settings. New: What left this iPhone. Settings → Privacy lists every request the app made in the last 7 days, exactly as it was sent. The list stays on your iPhone. The app now sends a plain name and language with each request, rather than your iPhone's own, so even less about your iPhone leaves it. Widgets can show any of your saved places, and their temperature is bolder. Turn location off for the app and it forgets where your iPhone was.
