Unprompt - Your AI Use

Description

BRAIN FIRST. AI SECOND. How many tokens today? What would they have cost? And how much water did it take? Unprompt gives you the real number without you counting anything: your iPhone and your Mac measure, and in the evening you check it with one tap. Unprompt is a retro calendar that makes visible what you never see. Measured, never judged: no blocking, no lecturing, no imposed goal. You see, you check, you choose. YOUR MILESTONES Counts, not prizes. 62 steps in seven families: measure, usage, water, less personal use, tools, setup, together. A milestone says what was measured, never whether it's too much. Every step you reach shares as a card, and a fully checked month offers itself. NOTHING TO COUNT • On iPhone, you check your AI apps once, and Screen Time counts for you • On Mac, Unprompt for Mac reads the local logs of your AI coding tools and watches your desktop AI apps • Unprompt never knows what you ask, nor which app was used: only that you turned to AI, and when ONE QUESTION IN THE EVENING • "Your day: 5 personal, 3 at work. Is that right?" • RIGHT, one tap. Or ADJUST: a day off, an evening at work, changed hours, AI used elsewhere • A word about your day if you like. Today and yesterday stay editable, beyond that it is carved in stone YOUR WORK IS NOT JUDGED • You set your work hours once • Uses during those hours are shown, never counted: that is your job • The rest is personal, and that is what the calendar follows YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE • Every day becomes a pixel with your number written in it: your tokens as soon as the Mac measures, otherwise your personal uses • Its color compares you to yourself: less, same, more than your average. Never a goal • Your average, written in the legend. Your streak of days checked in a row WITH YOUR FRIENDS • Add friends by QR code, link or username, with no account to create • You see each other's trends, never exact numbers • A ranking by progress, or by tokens if you share them YOUR PROGRESS • Your average personal uses over 30 days and its trend • Your whole year as one band of pixels • Unprompt for Mac, and the personal / work split YOUR AI HAS A COST (PREMIUM) • Today, over 30 days, per day: your tokens and what they would have cost at API rates, never your bill • And a cost for the planet: the water it took to produce those tokens, estimated, stated without judgement • Your Codex quotas, with the countdown to their reset, so nothing goes to waste • Two widgets: USAGE (tokens and cost) and LIMITS (quotas and countdown) • Your full history, month by month, year by year, beyond 7 days YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • Everything lives on your iPhone and in YOUR private iCloud • No conversation read, no prompt stored, never an app's name • No connection to a ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini account. No credentials ever requested • No ads, no tracking, no data selling WHY LOOK? Cognitive science is clear: what an AI finds for you, you remember less well. A skill you rarely use gets dull. Unprompt does not ask you to quit AI, just to see it. What becomes visible becomes a choice. FREE: your 7-day calendar, today's usage, the evening check, your progress, measuring on Mac and work hours, your friends, sharing. PREMIUM: full history beyond 7 days, and your detailed usage (30-day tokens, cost, water, quotas, widgets). Free trial, then a subscription or a one-time purchase. See it. Choose it.
