Description
Tally is a practical point-of-sale and inventory app for shops that want to sell quickly, understand their stock and stay organised. Ring up sales in a few taps. Search products, choose a payment method and create a clear receipt for every purchase. Cash and Mobile Money sales can continue when the connection is unreliable, then sync when you are back online. SELL WITH LESS FRICTION • Search products or scan a barcode on supported devices • Record cash, Mobile Money, card, bank and customer-credit payments • Hold a sale and return to it later • Apply authorised discounts • Print receipts or share them as PDFs • Send receipt links by SMS or WhatsApp when enabled for your plan KNOW WHAT IS IN STOCK • See current quantities and prices • Record deliveries and stock adjustments • Set low-stock and high-stock thresholds • Run stock takes and review discrepancies • Organise products by category • Track suppliers and purchase orders UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS • View daily sales, transaction count and average sale • Compare cash, Mobile Money, card, bank and credit totals • Review best-selling products • Track what customers owe and what you owe suppliers • Keep branches and devices in sync GIVE STAFF THE RIGHT ACCESS Invite staff with their own username and password. Owners, managers, clerks and accountants see only the areas their role permits. If a staff member resets a password, their business access remains restricted until a manager restores the appropriate role. BUILT FOR REAL SHOPS Tally is designed for retailers, pharmacies, restaurants and growing multi-branch businesses. Your business data stays together across your supported devices, while the till remains straightforward for the people serving customers. Start with a 14-day trial. Trial eligibility and dates are checked securely by Tally's server, so changing a device's clock or reinstalling the app does not restart the trial.
