Then comes the hunt: the receipt, whether the warranty still runs, and the support number. Durabilis files all of that before you need it: your devices, their warranties, their contracts and their proofs of purchase, in one place. WHAT DURABILIS DOES DIFFERENTLY One contract, several devices. An extended warranty or a service plan rarely covers a single object. Durabilis models the shared contract properly: one contract, the list of devices it covers, one expiry date to watch. Support details live with the device. Phone, website, drop-off procedure: the manufacturer’s details sit on the record, not in a drawer. The day it breaks, everything is already there. Renewal and expiry are not the same thing. A service plan renews; a warranty ends. Durabilis tracks them separately and warns you about both. A handbook, not a help page. Eighteen chapters cover every screen, from the first record to the resale. The handbook ships inside the app, reads offline, and exists in all seven languages of the interface. No server of ours. Durabilis only ever talks to Apple’s services. No account to create, no tracker, no advertising SDK. Your data stays on your device. It reaches your other devices only if you turn on iCloud sync. DAY TO DAY • Dashboard: covered value, deadlines at 7, 30 and 90 days, contracts up for renewal. The charts double as filters: tap a category, a brand or a status to keep only the matching devices. • Scanned receipts: photograph a till slip or attach a PDF. The text is extracted and becomes searchable. • Expiry alerts: several reminders per device, from a month ahead down to the same day. • Calendar sync: key dates in your Calendar app. • Reference data: manufacturers and support, brands, sellers, buyers, categories and tags. All connected, nothing typed twice. • Export and print: JSON, CSV, AirPrint. Enough to build an insurance or claim file. • Siri and Shortcuts: ask your inventory out loud. Cleaner iCloud sync. • Duplicates merged right away: when iCloud brings the brands, categories, sellers, manufacturers or tags entered on another iPhone, iPad or Mac, the ones you already have are combined as soon as the data arrives, not at the next launch. Your devices stay linked to the right entry. • A copy first: if you have chosen where to keep your backups, Durabilis saves one just before each merge.
