HakBul

Description

HakBul is an independent information app that helps users explore social support programs, financial assistance, scholarships, municipal aid, employment programs, and payment announcements available in Türkiye. The app compares the profile information entered by users with the published conditions of support programs and provides preliminary assessment results. With HakBul, you can: • Explore publicly available support and assistance announcements. • View municipal support programs published in your city. • Discover programs for students, families, and job seekers. • Follow publicly available payment announcements. • Save and share support programs and track your application status. • Access the relevant institution’s official information or application page. Important Information: HakBul is not a government entity and is not affiliated with or operated by any public institution. HakBul does not accept applications, make payments, or determine final eligibility. Information in the app is compiled from publicly available institutional announcements. The relevant information or application source is displayed with each support record. Profile matching results are preliminary assessments only. Users should always check the relevant institution’s official announcement for final eligibility conditions, application dates, and results.

Track your application status after returning from institution websites. This update improves support-following options, adds access to video guides, and fixes application-return prompts across Discover, Student Card, and personalized support flows.
