SELFLEX is a privacy-focused digital application that helps you make sense of the time you spend in Safari. It visibly breaks down browsing activity into smaller parts and stores them only on your device. You don't need to create an account; usage data is not sent to the cloud. SELFLEX: • Does not send usage data to an external server. • Does not use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs. • Does not require a user account. • It gives you control over viewing, separating, and deleting your data. For the Safari package to work, you need to enable the SELFLEX extension in Safari settings after installing the application.

The Apple Watch app is here. • See today's total time, visit count and site count right from your wrist. • Your most-visited sites and category breakdown are now on the watch too. • The last 7 days are summarised in a chart built for the small screen. • A complication opens SELFLEX straight from your watch face. • Data comes from SELFLEX on your iPhone; the watch keeps no records of its own and never goes online. Apple Vision Pro support added. • SELFLEX now runs on visionOS, and the Safari extension records time directly on Vision Pro. • Time spent on Vision Pro merges into the same summary as your other devices. Also in this release • The per-device list was rebuilt; every device's time is listed separately. • If the connection drops during a refresh, the summary no longer empties out — the last known data stays on screen. • Various bug fixes and stability improvements.
