Description

FileRouter gives you more power over what app opens every file on your Mac. With rules, fallback editors, and interactive menus, you can customize your whole system to your liking. It's Choosy/Veljo for files!

### CHANGED - Rule hotkeys that are not function keys require Command so Finder does not treat the letter as type-ahead - Rule hotkeys show and save as soon as a valid chord is pressed - The hotkey row explains that Command is required (function keys do not need it) ### FIXED - Claiming HTML files no longer swallows http/https links; they open in the previous browser - Declining the Default Browser prompt when adding HTML explains that double-click will not route - Web links still open if FileRouter became the scheme handler even when routing is license-blocked - Rule hotkey recording no longer beeps on almost every key combination - Rule hotkeys fire while Finder is frontmost instead of waiting for a key-up that never arrives - Recording a hotkey no longer makes Finder jump as if the letter were pressed without modifiers
