Baethoven

Description

Baethoven is a melodic pad-bank builder for modern Akai MPCs. Lay out tuned samples across the pads, dial in the sound, and export a ready-to-play kit straight to your MPC — no desktop required. Built by a producer, for producers. 379 ORIGINAL SAMPLES Every sound in Baethoven is original — recorded and crafted in-house, never sourced from a pack. That means they're exclusive, royalty-free, and yours to flip however you want. 8 PAD BANKS (A–H) Organize your sounds across eight full banks. Each bank carries its own octave, so you can spread a melodic sample across the keyboard and play it in tune, pad to pad. EXPORT TO YOUR MPC Send finished kits to your hardware as native MPC project files — drop them on the pads and start making beats immediately. PLAY IT WITH MIDI Connect a MIDI controller and play your banks live. Baethoven responds with low-latency triggering built for performance. KEY FEATURES - 379 original, royalty-free melodic samples - 8 pad banks (A–H), each with its own octave - Tune any sample across the pads - Export native MPC kits ready to load on hardware - MIDI controller support - Built-in sample browser - Designed for iPhone and iPad One-time purchase unlocks all 379 samples and all 8 banks — no subscription required. NEW: STRUM. Chord pads can now roll in four directions: UP, DOWN, IN (middle voice first, blooming outward) and OUT (outer notes first). HUMAN adds a touch of velocity variance across the voices so a strummed chord doesn't hit at one uniform level. In RANDOM feel the SHIFT knob now sets how loose the deal is, from tight humanization to a lazy roll. Set them for all pads or per pad. Everything bakes into your MPC export. FIXED: EXPORT on older iPads. Kits stream to disk as each pad renders, so exporting uses a fraction of the memory and no longer gets stopped by iOS on 3 GB iPads. Exports are faster on every device, a stalled export now stops itself and tells you which step failed, and the sounds on your pads stay loaded while you browse.
