Description
PlantUML QuickLook adds instant diagram previews for PlantUML files to Finder. Select any .puml, .plantuml, or .pu file and press the Space bar — instead of raw text, you'll see the rendered diagram. It's built for developers, architects, and technical writers who keep UML and other PlantUML diagrams in their projects and want to glance at them without opening a separate app or website. FEATURES • Space-bar diagram previews in Finder for .puml, .plantuml, and .pu files • Supports the full range of PlantUML diagrams — sequence, class, activity, component, state, use case, and more • Pinch or scroll to zoom into large diagrams • Point the app at the public PlantUML service or your own self-hosted server • Clean, native macOS Quick Look integration HOW IT WORKS Diagrams are rendered by a PlantUML server over the network, so there's no Java runtime to install and nothing to configure. By default it uses the official PlantUML web service; you can also enter the address of your own self-hosted PlantUML server in the app's settings. An internet (or local-network) connection is required to render previews. PRIVACY PlantUML QuickLook has no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking. To render a preview, the text of the diagram you're previewing is sent to the PlantUML server you've configured (the public service by default), which returns an image; it isn't stored or used for any other purpose.
