Description
Moodbar is a small internet radio player that lives quietly in your macOS menu bar. It stays close when you need it, without taking over your desktop, opening a large music app, or adding another browser tab to your day. One click is enough to start listening, change a station, or return to the soft rhythm of background radio. Moodbar was made for people who like to keep radio nearby while working, writing, designing, studying, or simply moving through the day. It is light, calm, and pleasant to use — a small radio corner in your menu bar. The free version lets you listen to public radio stations, use starter stations, browse a public station directory, and test your own stream URL. It is a simple way to see if Moodbar fits the way you work, listen, and shape your day. Moodbar+ unlocks more for people who want to build their own personal radio setup. With a one-time purchase, you can save custom stations permanently, add more than one stream, manage your full station list, and remove the starter stations if you want to keep only your own favourites. Moodbar+ also includes music-log - a simple listening history for the tracks you hear. If something lovely plays in the background and you miss the title, you can come back to it later with the date, time, and station name. When a stream provides track details, Moodbar can show the current title, artist, album artwork, and an accent color that follows the mood of the music. You can also quickly search the current song in Apple Music or Spotify. What you can do for free: * listen to public internet radio stations, * use the starter stations, * browse stations from a public directory, * test your own stream URL, * check if Moodbar fits your listening routine. What Moodbar+ unlocks: * permanently save your custom stations, * add multiple custom streams, * fully manage your station list, * remove starter stations, * Music Log - a history of listened tracks, * quick song search in Apple Music or Spotify, * restore purchases. Moodbar plays public internet radio streams. It does not host or redistribute radio content. Station names, stream URLs, track metadata, and album artwork depend on information provided by each station or public directory. Some stations may not provide track titles, may provide them with delay, or may provide incomplete details. Because of this, track information, artwork, color matching, and music search may vary from stream to stream. Moodbar is not affiliated with Apple Music, Spotify, or public radio station directories.
