Execute together. Planning the trip is the easy part. Actually pulling it off is where group trips fall apart. This update is about the second half. WHO'S GOING Every stop now asks the group directly. Going, interested, or can't make it — one tap each, and everyone sees the answer. WHO'S HANDLING IT Nobody gets assigned anything. When something needs booking, a friend volunteers — and the whole trip sees it happen. WHAT STILL NEEDS SOMEONE Plan Check now reads the whole plan and names what's still unclaimed. Nothing is late. Nobody gets nagged. A CALMER TRIP SCREEN Trip Detail is rebuilt around one question — what does this trip need next? Everything else steps back.
