Next Trains

Description

Next Trains gives you a fast, personalised departure board for the stations you actually use – live times, delays and platforms in your pocket, in seconds. Instead of a static “personalised timetable” PDF, or wrestling with ticket and journey-planner apps just to see one train, you get a living, breathing board that updates as the network does. PERSONALISED DEPARTURE BOARD • Pin your home, work and regular change stations • See only the routes you care about, not the whole network • Flip quickly between favourite boards with one hand LIVE, GLANCEABLE DESIGN • Clear next departures, platforms and status at a glance • Designed for one-handed use on a busy platform or crowded train • Big, readable text for early mornings and late nights DELAY & DISRUPTION AWARE • Updates as trains run late, change platforms or get cancelled • Helps you find alternative options fast when things go wrong • Ideal for commuters with tight connections BUILT FOR COMMUTERS & STUDENTS • Daily commuters who just want to know “what can I actually get next?” • Students shuttling between home, campus and work on unpredictable schedules • Anyone who uses the same few stations again and again INDIE, PRIVACY‑MINDED Next Trains is an indie app built by a UK rail commuter. No ads, no tracking beacons – just a focused tool designed to reduce a small daily friction. Add your stations, set your favourites, and carry your own personalised departure board in your pocket.
