The app Shakeitoff with the TRE® exercises can help you resolve your traumata, overcome anxiety, compulsions and panic, and find calm, confidence and serenity serenity. This app helps you trigger neurogenic tremors, a self-healing reflex of our body, an innate ability to release tension and stress reactions. The word "neurogenic" means that it is a physical reaction that you cannot consciously induce or control. Neurogenic tremors release the tension your body has built up from strong internal feelings and external influences. You become calmer, serener and more relaxed. Neurogenic tremors make you more resilient, more resistant to stress, and also gradually make pain disappear. Ancient healing traditions have used the power of involuntary trembling for thousands of years. NeuroZittern offers the following functionalities: Knowledge - Background information about TRE. How to - Basic instructions on how to perform the exercises. Exercises - Detailed description of the 7 exercises with additional video instructions. The 7 TRE exercises trigger neurogenic tremor. Here is what's new in this release: Logbook: undo deleted entries — accidentally swiped away a diary entry? A brief notification now lets you undo the deletion instantly. Improved logbook navigation — two clearly labelled buttons in the header let you quickly start a new diary entry or open the safety questionnaire directly. Better dark mode — the entire app now renders correctly in night/dark mode, with improved contrast and consistent colours throughout. New providers — the therapist directory has been expanded with additional certified TRE® providers. Performance and stability — internal storage has been modernised for faster startup and more reliable data persistence across app updates.
