Description

To facilitate the telecom users, PTA has launched Mobile App of Complaint Management System (CMS). The App has following features: – Complaint registration against various services i.e. telecom services offered by service providers, mobile registration/ DIRBS, stolen mobile handset / IMEI related complaint, internet content related complaint, etc. – Tracking of complaint to view its status. – Feedback on the complaint. – History of complaints of individual user. – Consumer awareness on different issues.

•⁠ ⁠Report Mobile Number Fraudulent Activity directly from the app a new complaint form with attachment support •⁠ ⁠Added OTP verification at sign-in for stronger account security •⁠ ⁠Clearer error messages and automatic scrolling to fields that need attention •⁠ ⁠Fixed OTP verification on the Forgot Password screen •⁠ ⁠Improved session handling, form validation, and overall stability
