Keep the inventory of your shop or warehouse on your iPhone and iPad. This is the iOS version of our Mac program; a single purchase covers both. ITEMS Give every item a number, a name, a description and a barcode, and sort it into categories and subcategories. Sales prices, minimum stock, unit and tax rate belong to the item, as do photos and freely named attributes. The list can be searched and exported as CSV. STOCK AND STORAGE LOCATIONS Storage locations form a tree of any depth – building, room, shelf. Every stock entry belongs to one item at one location, with its own quantity and purchase price. Quantity and stock value of the item follow every change immediately. Entries can be split, merged or moved to another location. INCOMING AND OUTGOING Record deliveries from your suppliers and orders from your customers with the same familiar form. "Items received" books a delivery into a storage location you choose. "Ship items" shows which locations the quantity will be taken from before it books, and spreads it over several entries if needed. Every booking writes a line in the movement journal, so you can always see what happened and when. DELIVERY NOTES AND INVOICES Every document can be printed as a PDF with your own address, logo and footer – print it by AirPrint or share it. Columns, wording and margins are yours to set. Offers, order confirmations and reminders are available as accompanying documents. SUPPLIERS AND CUSTOMERS Addresses, contact details, photos and attributes for every partner, sorted into groups and status. A new document takes the address and contact details over by itself. REPORTS Stock value, items below their minimum stock, frequencies by category, unit or status, and the development over the months. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Everything is stored on the device with full file protection. The app makes no network requests, contains no advertising and collects no data. A backup can be written and read back at any time. An optional app lock protects the data with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode.
