Amme - Breastfeeding Tracker

Beschreibung

The #1 breastfeeding app in Norway — where breastfeeding is encouraged and supported. Amme is a beautifully designed app that’s stable, simple, and calming to use for new mothers. It includes a special night mode, so a bright screen won’t disturb you or your baby during nighttime nursing. The app’s name – Amme – comes from the Norwegian word for “nursing”. Some new mothers may feel light-headed when they begin to nurse. Amme removes the stress of remembering which side you used last or when the previous session ended. It quietly tracks your sessions, duration, and which breast was last used – so you stay in control. Key features: - HealthKit integration – your nursing sessions become part of your complete health record - Overlay mode – compare day by day and spot patterns - Home screen widget – see your last session at a glance - Lock screen widget – start or stop nursing without unlocking - Dynamic Island – follow your session status in real time - Siri and Shortcuts – automate routines like “Start nursing on left side” - Dark, light, and automatic display modes - 100% private and ad-free – no internet, no accounts, no cloud Amme is calm, effortless, and always by your side.
