Run Walk Talk helps running clubs and groups stay synchronized during run/walk sessions. One leader sets the run and walk intervals, chooses a channel, and starts the session. Nearby iPhones and Apple Watches receive the same countdown and interval cues, helping everyone move together from the front of the group to the back. Features include custom run/walk intervals, clear audio and vibration cues, local group sync, Apple Watch support, route and pace tracking, and saving completed runs to Apple Health. Run Walk Talk is designed for club runs, beginners’ groups, couch-to-5K sessions, and any group that wants simple shared timing without complicated setup.
