Beschreibung

HapticPosture Guard is a smart, reminder system designed for desk workers and anyone wanting to improve their posture. It operates entirely on your smartwatch. Working completely independently from your phone, it gently taps your wrist at custom intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes) to remind you to sit up straight. With adjustable vibration strengths, a workday schedule to pause automatically, and daily streak tracking, building better habits is simpler than ever. Use the included watch face complication to turn the system on or off with a single tap. Features: • Custom intervals from 5 to 60 minutes • 3 haptic intensity levels (Light, Medium, Strong) • Work hours schedule (auto-pauses outside set times) • Daily goal and streak tracking • 100% Smartwatch-Only, works without a paired phone
