GRID AND TILE SIZES • Set the drawing grid and an optional coarser tile grid (8×8 up to 128×128) from the View menu, saved per document—or type your own sizes • Tile boundaries draw as thin see-through gaps instead of lines, so each tile reads as its own island while you draw freely across them • New documents take their grid and tile defaults from Settings TILESET MODE • Hold Command and drag a tile to another cell to rearrange the sheet • Command-right-click a tile for Select, Duplicate, Clear, Shift, or Delete without leaving the canvas • Hold Command for a corner badge with the active tile's number, grid position, and name • Clicking a different tile now makes it active and paints in the same gesture—no more lost first stroke • A rows rail along the bottom edge to match the columns rail on the right • Wrap Tiles: the Smudge tool now wraps across the group's edges like the other painting tools, so seams can be blended directly FIXES • The eraser keeps its brush outline visible while you drag, so the cursor no longer vanishes mid-stroke • Dithering against a transparent secondary colour with fills, gradients, and shapes now leaves truly empty pixels, so layer previews and thumbnails match the canvas • The pointer no longer disappears when hovering the canvas margin outside the image
