Greekmoji: Name Days & Recipes

Beschreibung

Greek name days, recipes and emoji, in one app. The calendar your yiayia keeps in her head, the food she makes, and the stickers there has never been an emoji for. Greekmoji tells you whose name day it is, reminds you the morning of, and lets you wish them properly. NAME DAYS Every name day in the Greek calendar, with the variants, so the Nikos, Nick, Niko and Nicole all land on the same day. Add the people you celebrate and Greekmoji reminds you at 9am, so you are the one who remembers. Then send one Χρόνια Πολλά card to everyone celebrating. THE GREEK YEAR Orthodox Easter and everything that moves with it. The fasts, marked on the calendar: all of them, or only the ones you keep. Independence Day, Oxi Day, the Dormition. RECIPES Seventy-nine of them, the ones actually cooked at home. Avgolemono, gemista, kokoretsi, vasilopita with the coin in it. GREEKMOJI Stickers for the things there is no emoji for. Send them from the keyboard or straight from Messages, and find the story behind each one in the app. Food and drink: souvlakia, gyros, moussaka, baklava, feta, olives, Greek coffee, frappé, ouzo Culture: the mati (the evil eye), tavli, tsoliades, red Easter eggs, the Parthenon, Orthodox churches, yiayia on a donkey ON YOUR HOME SCREEN A widget that tells you who is celebrating today, without opening anything. Made for the diaspora, for everyone who keeps the Greek year a long way from Greece. Something missing? Tell us from Support in the app, and it could be the next thing we draw.

Greekmoji is now a Greek calendar, as well as your stickers. Name days: every name day in the Greek calendar with its variants, and a reminder the morning of for the people you celebrate. Greekmoji can find them in your contacts for you. Χρόνια Πολλά: send one card to everyone celebrating today. The Greek year: Orthodox Easter, the moveable feasts, the fasts and the national holidays. A widget showing who is celebrating today. New and redrawn Greekmoji, sorted into sections. Every recipe now has a photo. The keyboard pastes stickers sharper and at a sensible size, and delete repeats when you hold it. The Messages sticker pack opens much faster.
