InstaVolt

Beschreibung

The Instavolt App runs alongside our contactless payment option and provides another simple way to access our award winning DC Rapid Electric Vehicle charging network. In addition to the functional benefits the App provides (i.e. location mapping, navigation and VAT receipts), customers using our EV charging App are given exclusive access to the following rewards programs, which are not available to those using our contactless payment option. 1. Membership to the ‘Volts’ reward program, where customers can earn Volts for every kWh they use on the InstaVolt network, which can then be exchanged for charging credits. 2. Access to the ‘Invite and Earn' promotion which allows customers to earn charging credits just by referring our services to others. 3. Receive alerts to partner promotions when you start a charge at locations where one of our partners is running a special offer. 4. The amenities our locations have to offer are displayed as a collection of easily recognised icons representing the types of amenity available e.g. Cafe, Restaurant, Toilets etc.

What’s new in R3.7 This release brings a range of updates designed to make the app feel smoother, clearer and more dependable every day. We’ve refreshed parts of the rewards experience, making it easier to understand your progress and see what may be available to you. You may notice some changes as you explore, with more details shown in the app where relevant. We’ve also improved navigation and refined several screens so that important information is easier to find. Behind the scenes, we’ve made performance enhancements to help pages load more quickly, improve responsiveness and create a more consistent experience across the app. R3.7 also includes fixes for a number of issues reported by our community. These updates improve stability, address occasional display and interaction problems, and help the app work more reliably during everyday use. Thank you for continuing to use the app and for sharing your feedback. We’re always working on further improvements, so keep your updates turned on to enjoy the latest experience.
