Video Consultations Direct video consultations with your GP practice and other NHS organisations. Medication Management An easy way to request your repeat prescriptions. Set up reminders to take your medication and record what you have taken. Your Medical Record View your complete medical records at the organisations that care for you. See your current medication, referrals, and test results. Tabbed and easy-to-use. Messaging Communicate directly back-and-forth with your doctors and wider care team Personal Health Record Add your own data to your personal record – readings, medication, symptoms, documents, and other notes. Wearables & other apps Import data directly from Health through Apple Health integration. Proxy access Allow trusted family members and friends to look after your account, if you need help doing so.
