DICOM QuickLook by OsiriX is a simple application that can display any DICOM files. Did you pass a CT (scanner) exam or a MRI (magnetic resonance) exam recently? All these equipments produce images in DICOM format. A DICOM file is similar to a JPEG file, but with specifications for medical imaging. That means that a file of a chest x-ray image, for example, actually contains the patient name and patient ID within the file, so that the image can never be separated from this information by mistake. This is similar to the way that image formats such as JPEG can also have embedded tags to identify and otherwise describe the image. Gyroflow Toolbox allows you to import Gyroflow Projects into Final Cut Pro.  Advanced gyro-based video stabilisation without the round-tripping! Gyroflow is a free and open source third-party application that can stabilise your video by using motion data from a gyroscope and optionally an accelerometer. Modern cameras record that data internally (such as Blackmagic, GoPro, Sony, Insta360 etc), and Gyroflow stabilises the captured footage precisely by using that data. It can also use gyro data from an external source, such as Betaflight Blackbox. Gyroflow Toolbox allows you to take the stabilised data from Gyroflow and use it within Final Cut Pro as an effect, so you don't have to export a ProRes from Gyroflow! You can even use this in conjunction with BRAW Toolbox (also on the App Store), to stabilise Blackmagic RAW files! To get started, simply drop your video clip from the Final Cut Pro Browser or Finder to the drop zone in the Final Cut Pro Inspector. You can also drop a Gyroflow Project. It is mostly geared towards people who want to see their pictures as large as possible, with some information about each image currently being displayed, and with more controls and options. With ArtSaverApp, you get more control than Apple's built-in screensaver: at runtime, you can, for instance, review previous images (using arrow keys); in the settings, you can control the image duration, image transition, filter out images, and more. You can also download a companion (helper) app that allows you to turn ArtSaverApp into a surrogate screensaver (see the Manual or the web page). There is also a companion screensaver (going into System Settings) that is one of the few slideshow screen savers that allows you to see different sets of pictures on each monitor in a multi-monitor setup; it has the same set of options as ArtSaverApp. (More details on this in ArtSaverApp's manual, or on the app's web page.) Note that, by design, ArtSaverApp does not sport fancy visual effects, such as picture postcard, mosaic, or the like! It only offers still images, zoom in/out, and pan & zoom (a.k.a. Sir Isaac Newton was an English mathematician, physicist and astronomer. His mother wanted him to devote his life to managing the family farm, but Newton had other ambitions.
