Flyskyhy forms your flight instrument during flight and shows all information you need for that. You get the normal data like altitude, climb rate, ground speed, and glide angle. But it also calculates and shows the current wind direction and strength, very important for your safety. A moving and rotating map shows your current flying position and flight trail. After that enter your second dive depth and time the same way, and the program will calculate your final PG, ABT, RNT, TBT and new no decompression limit. To calculate your minimum surface interval between dives enter the depth and time of your first dive. Then enter the depth and time of your second dive. The program will now find your minimum surface interval and then calculate your final PG, ABT, RNT, TBT and new no decompression limit. This program uses only the standard PADI dive tables. It can NOT calculate reverse profile dives. Reverse profile dives are when the second dive is deeper than the first. We wanted to create this app as intuitive as possible. We want you to be able to focus on your workout and not bother with counting or anything else. How to: First: Set your Tempo. You have four numbers/counts. They are always in the same order. 1. Eccentric/DOWN - you lowering the weight e.g. Squat from standing to the bottom. 2. Bottom/HOLD - you pausing at your lowest position. 3. Concentric/UP - you standing up with the weight. 4. Top/HOLD - you fully extended/standing with the weight. Second: Set where you want to start the movement. In a Squat or a Bench Press you start from a standing or extended position. Therefore your counts will start with the „DOWN" command. In a Deadlift or Pull up you have to lift the weight or pull yourself up first! Therefore your counts will start with the „UP" command. The starting phase number will be highlighted in green. Third: Set your Sets/Reps/Rest Here you will see the time under tension for each set and for the total workout. That’s it! Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Pro Tips: „SKIP“ if you don’t manage to fulfill your reps in a set, just hit „SKIP“ and the set ist done. The „Rest Time“ you set before will automatically start after hitting „SKIP“. On the Pause screen you will see your actual set and reps. Varying Reps in a workout Let’s say you don’t want to do the classic 5 x 12 Reps. Something more fancy like 7 - 11 - 15 - 11- 7 Reps. Just set your Reps to „15“ your highest rep number of the workout and then just „SKIP“ every set after you did your target reps. Acoustic and optic output: Mute or don’t mute ;-) You will hear the commands like this: DOWN and UP with up to three seconds will be seen or heard as DOWN-DOWN-DOWN or UP-UP-UP. From a four second count it will be like this: DONW - 2 - 3 - 4 or UP - 2 - 3 - 4 The „HOLDs“ either BOTTOM or TOP will always be just seen or heard as „HOLD“ no matter how long you want to hold.

Optimized to perform autonomously in race conditions, the app requires very little user inputs, leaving you free to concentrate on the racing. Never get lost out on course again! The 'YO YO Endurance Test' provides an important instrument for determining the level of physical efficiency of an athlete. The physical capacity is evaluated quickly and easily by placing two cones spaced 20 meters each other. The athlete has to run at full speed from one cone to another and then return again on the first cone. This path must be repeated for six times without any break, and get the split times every time the athlete passes on the first cone. This application will track all the split time and at the end will be calculated two parameters that determine the outcome of the test. More these values are low and better will be the athlete's performance. Basically the final result is given by a mathematical formula that processes the delta between the averages of the last two split times and the first two split times and thereby the athlete's ability to maintain its maximum speed for a certain period of time. This app recommends main jet, needle position and spark plug for karts with a Rotax Max EVO engine — Micro MAX, Mini MAX, Junior, Senior, DD2 and Supermax — from the weather conditions and your engine setup. The Senior MAX Masters and DD2 Masters categories run the same engine as Senior and DD2, so they are set up in exactly the same way. The conditions can be pulled from the nearest public weather station using location, or typed in by hand: with no coverage the app works exactly the same. FOUR SCREENS - Results: the recommended jet in large type, with the exact calculated value and the two jets it falls between, in green when the choice is clear and in amber when it sits halfway. Also needle position, spark plug, air density, density altitude and relative horsepower. Fine tuning works in steps of 0.5 and tells you what each step achieves. - Conditions: temperature, pressure, altitude and humidity, each with its own unit. When you pull them from the station you see which one answered, how far away it is and how long ago the reading was taken, with a warning if it is more than 30 minutes old. - Engine: class, model year, spark plug brand, float height, airbox, oil percentage and oil type, and track type. For Micro MAX and Mini MAX you pick the specification instead of the year, because the MY20 kit can be retrofitted and the year of manufacture does not tell you which engine it is. - Track logbook: every session with the circuit — picked from a catalogue of 112, with its altitude —, the conditions, what the app recommended against what you actually fitted, how it ran at the bottom, middle and top, the laps and the best time.
