Split long Story Videos to multiple Stories of 15 seconds interval for Instagram. For example : If you have a Story Video of 60 seconds time duration, the application will split it to 4 Story Videos each of 15 seconds interval. These four 15 seconds videos could be played in a sequence on the Instagram Stories. Instagram does not allow a Instagram Story video to be longer than 15 seconds.
